We like to keep our hand in, as they say. So if you’re doing nothing on Friday 27th January, come down to Arts Art Centre and listen to some oldies but goodies performed by us
1 Think. Consider which specific elements you want to learn first, or improve. What skills do you need to take you to the next level?
2 Observe. Consider others who have mastered the skill. Make notes on what they do and how they do it. Remember, there’s a difference between looking and observing. Genuine learning comes from careful observation.
3 Play Treat practicing as play rather than work. When you’re having fun you aren’t upset by errors. Instead you learn from them
4 Perfect. You might think you’ve mastered it, but have you really? Even the mot polished efforts can be perfected just a little more
5 Teach. This requires you to really know and understand your skill. Chances are you’ll be asked questions about it, which will help you identify what you don’t know and what you need to improve.
